Using Collections in Luru

What is a Collection:


Collections help you access a group of CRM fields in one place for easy viewing/updating. 


Typically your CRM may have fields that are often updated together. For eg: Qualification fields, MEDDPICC fields (Metrics, Economic Buyer, Decision Criteria etc.) or Churn related fields (Churn date, Churn reason etc)


These are great candidates for a collection, since they are accessed together often. So instead of searching and updating each field separately, you can create a collection with these fields.


Creating a Collection:


You can create a collection from Settings -> Collections -> 'Add a collection'


Using Collections is a Note:


You can add a collection into a template or a note using the '/' command anywhere on the note and selecting the collection:


Using collections in pipeline views:


In order to access certain fields quickly within the pipeline view, you can use collections:
