As per HubSpot policy, all app installs (even marketplace apps like Luru) require the installing user to have "App Marketplace Access" permissions. (HubSpot super admins have this permission by default)
If you are a HubSpot super admin, follow the following steps for each of your users:
1. Go to Settings -> Users and Teams -> <Select all the users> -> Edit Permissions -> CRM -> CRM Tools -> Edit property settings
2. Go to Settings - > Users and Teams -> <Select all the users> -> Account -> Settings -> App Marketplace Access
Once this is done all your HubSpot users will be able to connect the Luru app and get started.
