Luru helps you connect your CRM (Salesforce and HubSpot) to Microsoft Teams. Once connected, you can easily manage your day-to-day CRM tasks directly from Microsoft Teams. Here are some benefits of connecting your CRM and Microsoft Teams with Luru.
Real-time notifications
You can set up Workflows in Luru that will alert you and your team in real-time whenever records change in your CRM and match certain conditions you have set. Real-time workflows are great to keep your team updated about events of interest. Examples:
- An opportunity or deal has been "Qualified", but some of the MEDDPICC fields are empty, indicating that key deal details may not have been understood completely
- A deal is closing this week but there has been no activity in the last 10 days, indicating a high probability that the deal may not close after all this week
Scheduled Reports
You can set up workflows in Luru that send reports to Microsoft Teams at preset schedules. Examples:
- Every Monday morning, get a list of all the deals closing that week to closely review if everything is in place for deal closures
- Send a daily report of deals which need to be acted upon that day - this may be setting up follow-up meetings with customers or sending follow-up emails following preset reply timelines, etc.
